Yes!
We have completed our testing with Readerware 3.48 and the release version of Mac OS X 10.11, El Capitan, and all Readerware programs run fine.
We recommend that you use the standard Mac OS X Readerware distribution with El Capitan. This is a self contained build, just install and run.
You can also run the Readerware legacy Mac OS X distribution with El Capitan but we do not recommend it. The first time you try and run a Readerware program from the Mac OS X legacy distribution under El Capitan you will be prompted to install Apple Java, click on the More Info... button to proceed.
