Yes. Readerware will run on both 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows 8.

As a Win32 application Readerware will run on Windows 8 computers and Windows 8 Pro (Intel) tablets, it will not run on Windows 8 RT (ARM) tablets.

If you already have Readerware installed, you should ensure that you have a Windows 8 capable version of Readerware. Make sure that you have Readerware 3.17 or higher.
