The support that you get from Readerware is phenomenal. I sometimes wonder if they ever sleep. I have never asked for help without getting an answer to my question way before 24 hours. This is a wonderful company to work with when you have a problem. I have 6,000+ books and I have close to 3,000 in Readerware. I would never have been able to even start to get my books cataloged without it. The new version is even more helpful. Thanks once again for a great piece of software and a great support department.
