Important: Attention Windows Mail/Outlook users - There is a very serious bug in Microsoft Outlook for Windows, lately we have been getting a lot of e-mail sent by Outlook users with invalid return addresses, something like outlook_F9DB8F6ED0221645@outlook.com. These return addresses are invalid and bounce. More from Microsoft on this problem here. If you sent Readerware support an e-mail from Outlook or Windows 10 mail and have not received a response, please resend it using a more reliable e-mail program.
